Cross-Promote Your Other Books at the Back of Your Book So Your Readers are Aware of Them
This is one of my favorite and easiest tips. If you have several books, set up a catalog page at the back of your book. Just because your reader has one of your books they probably don’t know you have others. Drop-in thumbnails and a title that says something like “See All My Books at Amazon.com.” You are just adding an extra page at the bac of the book.
Even if you have only one book I would recommend having an ad at the back of where they can get it. They might want to recommend it to other people and you are giving them an easy way to tell them where to go.
You can also send them to your website to sign up to learn more about any upcoming projects.
Another technique you can do is start your next book at the back of your current book. Drop-in the first chapter, get your reader started, and wanting more. I have done this with coloring books. Put a few sample pages of the next book in the series.
